In addition to working together in serving the firm's clients and running its business, Ropes & Gray lawyers enjoy spending time together to pursue a wide variety of shared non-law interests. Ropes & Gray encourages its lawyers to have active lives apart from their legal careers and, to that end, sponsors numerous social and sports activities and events that lawyers in the firm can elect to participate in as they wish.
