I am a seventh year associate based in the Silicon Valley office, and my work focuses on intellectual property litigation. I am a member of the first generation of my family to have been born and raised in the United States, as my parents met here after coming from Asia to further their education. I spent most of my childhood in New Jersey and eventually attended college at Princeton. After graduation, I decided to head west to San Francisco to do my graduate work, and I quickly became fond of the vibrancy borne of the diverse experiences and cultures of the people of the Bay Area. It was this energy that led me to stay in the area after completing my graduate work. I eventually attended law school at Stanford and joined the local office of Fish & Neave, which later merged with Ropes & Gray.

I am a member of the firm’s Attorneys of Color Group, which provides attorneys of diverse backgrounds with opportunities to support one another, both within individual offices and across the firm as a whole. During my time at Ropes & Gray, I have been very impressed with the firm’s efforts to welcome and encourage attorneys of all backgrounds.
