I joined Ropes & Gray in 2008 as an associate in Litigation and am a member of the firm's government enforcement practice group. While at Ropes & Gray, I have worked on a variety of matters including multiple DOJ investigations regarding suspected off-label drug promotion and suspected kickback activity. I have had the opportunity to assist preparing for interviews, assist preparing presentations to USAOs, and assist drafting communications with USAOs. I have also worked on data breach cases, which involved intensive fact collection for state Attorneys General and the FTC. My pro-bono work has included being part of a team that represented a major environmental group in its effort to impact state environmental regulations. As part of this effort, I was able to attend several client meetings, draft an initial motion and assist in drafting a complaint.

I graduated from Smith College in 1997 with a major in physiological psychology and a minor in neuroscience. I also attended Bryn Mawr College's Post-baccalaureate premedical program, which I completed in 2002. Before enrolling at University of Michigan Law School, I worked as a basic science researcher studying the genetics of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and the biochemistry of Alzheimer's disease. I have published a number of articles in these areas. Upon completion of my law degree, I was awarded a Microsoft Fellowship through University of Michigan's Center for Law and Economics. I studied pharmaceutical patent issues and published legal papers while in residence at Michigan.

As for my life in Boston, I live with my dog, Mowgli, in the South End.  I enjoy dining out with friends and catching a Red Sox game when possible.
