Perhaps one of Boston's greatest appeals is the easy access it
provides to towns outside of the city and to the rest of New England.
Just beyond the borders of the city is a region unlike any other. New
England promises a spectacular autumn and abundant winter skiing. Summer
offers great beaches, hiking, camping, white water rafting, and canoeing.
Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, the White Mountains
of New Hampshire, the rugged coast of Maine, and the countryside of
Vermont are all within easy reach. |
